This privacy policy will be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. You consent to the jurisdiction of the South African Courts for any dispute which may arise out of this privacy policy.
We are TGIF ZONE Inc operating in the Republic of South Africa and we are governed by the South African Companies Act No. 71 of 2008.
We hereby provide our users with our privacy policy which will govern the manner in which we will treat your personal information that
you provide to us. The privacy policy provided complies with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, specifically those affecting app
developers. We confirm that the use of language below will be in simple and understandable English used in the Republic of South Africa.
As TGIF Zone inc, we echo that we take the protection of your personal information seriously and we are committed to complying with the
Protection of Personal Information Act No.4 of 2013 (“POPI”). Compliance with this act will ensure the proper care of your personal
information and the security as a user.
AS A USER, YOU AGREE THAT THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND OUR TERMS
OF USE GOVERN YOUR USE OF OUR APP. ALL DISPUTES OVER PRIVACY AND YOUR DATA SHALL BE GOVERNED AS SET OUT IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND IN OUR
TERMS OF USE.
The data which we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the Republic of South Africa (“RSA”).
It may also be processed by staff operating outside the RSA who works for us or for one of our suppliers. Such staff may be engaged in,
among other things, the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services.
By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary
to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.
The data we collect from you and that we transfer to a third party outside of the Republic of South Africa shall only be to a third party
who is subject to a law, binding corporate rules as defined in POPI.
3.1 Personal information submitted to us through our app will be used for the purposes specified in this policy.
3.2 We may disclose your personal information to any member of the TGIF ZONE Inc group and its subsidiaries, as defined in Section 1 to 3 of the South African Companies Act No. 71 of 2008.

a) administer our app and business;
b) personalise our app for you;
c) enable your use of the services available on our app;
d) send you non-marketing commercial communications;
e) send you email notifications that you have specifically requested;send you our email newsletter, if you have requested it;
f) send you marketing communications relating to our business which we think may be of interest to you, by post or, where you have specifically agreed to this, by email or similar technology, you can inform us at any time if you no longer require marketing communications;
g) provide third parties with statistical information about our users but those third parties will not be able to identify any individual user from that information;
h) deal with enquiries and complaints made by or about you relating to our app;
i) keep our app secure and prevent fraud; and
j) verify compliance with the terms and conditions governing the use of our app.
3.3 If you submit personal information for publication on our app, we will publish and otherwise use that information in accordance with the licence you grant to us.
3.4 Your privacy settings can be used to limit the publication of your information on our app, and can be adjusted using privacy controls on the app.
3.5 We will not, without your express consent, supply your personal information to any third party for the purpose of their or any other third party's direct marketing.
3.6 We may disclose your personal information to any of our employees, officers, insurers, professional advisers, agents, suppliers or subcontractors insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this policy.
3.7 We may disclose your personal information to any member of our group of companies insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this policy.

a) to the extent that we are required to do so by law governing the Republic of South Africa;

4.1 Information that we collect may be stored and processed in and transferred between any of the countries in which we operate in order to enable us to use the information in accordance with this policy.
4.2 Personal information that you publish on our app or submit for publication on our app may be available, via the internet, around the world. We cannot prevent the use or misuse of such information by others.

6.3 All electronic financial transactions entered into through our app will be protected by encryption technology.
6.4 You acknowledge that the transmission of information over the internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet.
6.5 You are responsible for keeping the password you use for accessing our app confidential; we will not ask you for your password except when you log in to our app
