1. Navigate to the donate page
or click the slider shown below:
2. You will then be asked how much you want to donate.
3. You will have the option to donate anonymously and also asked to leave a small message for the fundraising campaign.
1. The minimum donation amount is R85
1. Navigate to the Create fundraising campaign page
2. Make sure you add images for the fundraising campaign, the best campaigns will have all the details filled in.
3. Fill in all the campaign details which include; Campaign Name, Funding Target, Category, Youtube Video Link (optional) and Full Campaign Description.
4. When you are done click on the "Create campaign" button as shown below:
1. Login first and then Navigate to your campaigns page
2. When there are funds available to withdraw on one of your campaigns there will be a "Withdraw" button as shown below:
3. Click the withdraw button, CrowdsGive needs your banking details so we know where to send your money, if your banking details have not yet been saved on your CrowdsGive Account you will be asked to add them by clicking the "Take me there" button as shown below:
The "Take Me There" button will redirect you to your account where you can edit your banking details. When you are done, don't forget to click the save button as shown below:
4. If your banking details are saved you can return to your campaigns page
5. A withdrawal will take 3 to 5 working days for CrowdsGive to process and reach your account.
When someone donates to your funraising campaign you will get all the funds. For example, if someone donates R200, when you request a withdrawal you will get the full R200.
1. CrowdsGive charges a platform fee of 4% everytime a donation is made
2. CrowdsGive partners with PayFast to process transactions, please see the Payfast fees blow:
- 3.50% of every transaction + R2 fixed fee.
- For every withdrawal to a fundrasing campaign owner Payfast charges a fixed fee of R10.
1. Login first and then Navigate to your campaigns page
2. Once you see a fundraising campaign where you want to check the withdrawal status' click "View Withdrawals".
3. There are 3 types of withdrawal status:
- Still being processed: this means the CrowdsGive Team is still looking at your transaction.
- Rejected: The withdrawal has been rejected but you can still try again, a rejection message will give a reason why your withdrawal did not go through.
- Completed: The withdrawal has been completed and will take 3 to 5 working days for CrowdsGive to process and reach your account.
1. Login first and then Navigate to your campaigns page
2. Once you see a fundraising campaign where you know the withdrawal was rejected click "View Withdrawals".
3. Next to the rejection status there will be a "Try Again" button as shown below:
4. Click "Try Again" and you will be asked to confirm your withdrawal details.
